[hpv-boats] Major event in France in 2010

I'm currently based in Brittany, but would love to be involved in your human
powered boat speed competition. I'm currently asking myself which large
scale event this can be, is it Brest 2010?

Aside from my interest in HPB's I also work as a translator French - English
so if I can be of any assistance then I am very happy to do so.
