Its looks likes like 120wats is a sustainable figure.
  
Now I will attempt to convert meters/seconds to kilometers/hour to miles per
hour.  Yes I'm working with the unfortunate American scale.


The figure I'm most interested in is 

speed/watts sustained 

speed/watts in a sprint 


with a mono-hull design.
