True. Looks great though. Not a real differential, it is the "posidrive" type as I understand it, built in to the casette body, very clever indeed!

This must be very lightweight for being a 2WD RWD. The freewheel differential helps when it comes to traction. A real differential may be better for comfortable turning, but has the disadvantage that it is the wheel with least traction that gets the power. A freewheel differential works the other way around...

I would need only a plain rear axle as it is intended to have suspension. No need for attachment bars for bicycle.

Utah trike sells a 2WD RWD kit as well. Price seems to be approx. the same. as kit above, including middrive. Heavier system though, and middrive, and not as neat.

It will be interesting to see the lightfootcycles new RWD with direct drive!
