Hi Rick,

Can you explain a bit about the underwater outrigger concept, or link 
to where it has been discussed?

I'm guessing the idea is to avoid choppy water aka-ama wave impact 
and surface wave-making,...but am puzzled about the roll-countering 
effect without the buoyancy/leverage advantages.
