For such a high drag application the Bolly prop would not have enough  
blade area to be efficient.

The low pitch props you have will give you better efficiency than a  
Bolly but of course you need to gear it up.

A higher pitch like the Bolly would need 4 or more blades get good  
efficiency.   These Bolly props are made for easily driven hulls that  
have much lower drag than the Velosub.

If you cannot alter the gearing then you will be better off making  
your own prop as it is a unique application.
